Thursday, March 27th

10:00 – 12:00 PM Initial set up for convention. All board members and volunteers are asked to be there to help set up.

3:00 – 8:00 PM Registration open/Show pieces will be placed by the competitors. Mounts must be photographed before being placed in the competition room.

3:00 – 5:00 PM Seminar 1-Dave Selenke: Habitat work with Polygem

5:00 – 7:00 PM Seminar 2-Cory Foth: Balancing Competition and Commercial Work

7:00 – 9:00 PM Seminar 3-Josh Kelly: Fish Molding/Casting Techniques

Friday, March 28th 

8:00 – 12:00 PM Registration open/show pieces will be placed by the showroom committee.

12:00 PM Silent Auction begins in Vendor Room

1:00 – 3:00 PM Seminar 7-Ashley Barrett: Altering Manikins and What to Charge

3:00 – 5:00 PM Seminar 8-Gary Weir: Molding & Casting a Whitetail Mouth Cup

5:30 – 8:00 PM Women’s Event-Door Hanger Paint Party of site with Taco Bar

5:30 PM Pizza in the Hospitality Room at the Control Tower on Floor 5 

6:00 – 10:00 PM Seminar 9-Kansas Scramble, live mounting competition. Anyone can enter, just register on the registration page. The winner will take the cash pot of all the entry fees and receive a plaque. 2ndplace receives a plaque. 1st and 2nd place will be decided by a people’s choice vote of those in attendance at the end of the scramble. Cash Bar will be available. 

Saturday March 29th

8:00 – 10:00 AM Seminar 10-Ron Kelly: Painting a Crappie Replica

9:00 AM Business Meeting with the mounts being released at the conclusion of meeting.
