The Kansas Association of Taxidermists is pleased to announce the 37th Annual convention and competition. March 22-24, 2019.

President's Challenge: This year you can enter a life size raccoon for this challenge. It will be judged in the category level that you are in for small lifesize and eligible for all awards, however the President challenge award will be chosen via peoples choice. The award will be $100 cash. To enter just pay a $15 entry fee and on the registration form fill out the line corresponding to this award.
Judging will start at 12 noon on Friday. After this time all entries will be placed in competition room by the competition room chairmen. Your mount is required to be photographed before entering the competition room.
Combined artists: Each competitor will pay the entry fee of $15, but only one mount fee of $12 will be paid per entry
Early registration drawing: If you pre-register by the deadline (March 4, 2019) on the registration form, you will be entered into a drawing to have next years (2020) membership dues and convention registration paid for by the KAT. (Mount fees will still be required to be paid by the winner if competing)
SCHOLARSHIP DRAWING for $750.00 MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING (A PREVIOUS MEMBER AND A CURRENT MEMBER). THE SCHOLARSHIP WINNER MUST PRESENT A SEMINAR ABOUT WHAT THEY LEARNED AT THE NEXT YEAR'S CONVENTION OR AT ONE OF THE QUARTERLY MEETINGS. APPLICANTS MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING VIA EMAIL OR SNAIL MAIL TO:
